Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Commercial Insights to join one of the world’s leading global B2C brands. This is a new role in the business focused on marketing strategy for a premium product category.
The successful candidate will work closely with product categories, as well as D2C marketing and onsite teams to identify future growth opportunities and map out the commercial strategy required to achieve growth.
If you are an excellent story teller, can present insights clearly to senior stakeholders, have extensive commercial ecommerce experience and experience in building a commercial strategy to deliver both revenue and profit, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities will include:
• Able to confidently articulate and back up trading direction with data
• Deliver on commercial growth objectives for premium products in order to achieve growth and profitability
• Analyse key competitor proposition developments
• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for D2C
• Develop a deep understanding of customers
• Input of new business and innovation
• Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly commercial plans

• Corporate experience in a fast-paced, high transactional business
• Strong experience in strategy development and planning

The role is based between the Surrey and London areas and is a hybrid role allowing you to work two days in the office, one day on agency site and the rest working from home.
