Tristan has more than 20 years of international executive search experience across the UK, EMEA and APAC. Tristan started his recruitment career in 2000 and has been successful in hiring for companies across general commercial, financial and professional services sectors placing middle and senior management into roles across marketing, technology and operations.

Tristan has personally placed more than 1000 people throughout his career and is well versed in targeted headhunting on a global scale. Prior to establishing The Change Partners, Tristan spent 4 years in Singapore as Country Director for FiveTen Group and prior to that he was with Hudson and SThree Group.

Alastair has over 15 years of digital & brand marketing experience, gained across global organisations such as Vodafone, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Pernod Ricard and HSBC. Experienced in technology, eCommerce, digital strategy, social, innovation and communications, Alastair has built many award-winning teams and delivered globally successful communications and strategies for clients.

Prior to establishing The Change Partners, Alastair worked as the Strategic Client Service Director for a global digital agency and now uses his digital and industry experience to place high-quality and specialised talent into middle and senior management positions across brand-side organisations.

Billie has more than 14 years of experience in recruitment across the UK and EMEA region. Billie began her recruitment career in 2008 and has been successful in hiring for companies across general commercial, Retail, FMCG and professional services sectors placing middle and senior management into digital, marketing and commercial functions.

Billie has a passion for Diversity & Inclusion and helps clients build diverse teams, across the digital, insights and marketing space. She has successfully run projects sourcing female and BAME talent for niche and senior roles in marketing.

Dylan joined The Change Partners in 2022 and has more than 6 years of experience specialising in Marketing, Digital, Commercial and Change & Transformation recruitment.

Dylan specialises in placing senior Digital Change, Product and Transformation talent who deliver strong technical change and implementation to support commercial growth across Global DTC Brands.

Kofi focuses on building Data, Analytics and Business Intelligence teams for Global DTC brands, enhancing and pushing forward the "connected consumer journey" through data-driven decisions.

Jemima focuses on supporting The Change Partners to deliver strong talent within Global DTC Brands across Digital, Marketing, Commercial and Change & Transformation.

Sybilla focuses on supporting the team to deliver excellent talent across Marketing, Digital, Commercial and Change & Transformation positions across Global DTC Brands.

Giuliana joined The Change Partners in 2016 and is the Finance Operations Manager. Giuliana is responsible for end-to-end finance and business operations, financial reporting and analysis and managing various aspects of contractor admin, and post-placement activities.

Giuliana has over 20 years of accounting and audit experience in various sectors, including a Big Four accounting firm and a Fortune 500 multinational entertainment company.

Giuliana has established and evolved our processes for temporary worker onboarding and in-life management and works with our Assistant Operations Manager to deliver a best-in-class experience for all of our workers.

Louise joined The Change Partners in 2021 and is the Assistant Operations Manager.

Louise is the key point of contact for our contractor community and is responsible for the smooth onboarding and day-to-day in-life management of all temporary workers. She also supports our management team on key tasks related to finance, operations and compliance to deliver an efficient and well-organised back office function.
