Job Description

We are looking for an Online Experience Manager to join the DtC/eCommerce team of one of the world's leading consumer electronics brands, focusing on driving commercial growth and increased user engagement through first-class "online experience optimisation and acceleration".

This role will work closely with the product and commercial teams, continually taking into consideration and combining trading priorities, product launches and promotional and brand campaigns into an optimised and high-performing online experience across eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a leader and mentor within the team to drive improved user experience on .com, implementing critical thinking.
  • Manage the Digital planning for TV, appliances and display products and Marketing team. Delivering all key projects.
  • Creation and improvement/development of website user journeys that align with commercial activities.
  • Design integrated communication plans for key website projects. End-to-end product launches, from concept to launch.
  • Ensure best-in-class on-site experience for TV, appliance and display team.
  • Supporting Head of .com in key strategic decisions and communications, helping drive the online strategy for execution onsite for specific product areas.

Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years in online marketing or UX strategy from a large, multinational e-commerce business.
  • Track record of planning and delivering large-scale digital projects and campaigns such as launching new products to market, across multiple digital touchpoints.
  • Ideally some merchandising experience.
  • Commercially strong, data-based decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once on tight deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Familiarity with working with Agile project management software such as Jira, Arsana, Smartsheet,
