Job Description

We're excited to announce a new job opportunity in the travel industry! Our partner, a well-known D2C travel brand, is expanding their Partnerships team and creating an exciting new role with tonnes of growth opportunity.

Your aim is to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth, increase the loyalty offer and enhance the partnerships offer. The right candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality/travel/leisure/tourism industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with the business and brand objectives.

This role will include:

  • Work closely with marketing, CRM, Digital, CEH & CRD, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Regularly track, analyse, and report on the success of partnerships and the key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships set by the Partnerships Manager Use data insights to optimise and improve existing partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Support on negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners that align with our strategic goals and support the Director Strategic Partnerships.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in partnerships or business development role in hospitality/travel/leisure/tourism industries
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to overcome objectives.
  • Highly personable and able to build strong relationships/rapport.
  • Proven experience in Stakeholder and Client Management.
  • A strong initiative and ambition to grow personally and commercially
