Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Execution: Implement marketing strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
  • End-to-end Product Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Customer Journey Optimisation: Drive conversion across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Budget Management: Allocate investments strategically and secure additional funding for innovative initiatives.
  • Agency Coordination: Manage agencies for content, creative, paid media, CRM, and program management.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with corporate marketing, social media, and PR teams for seamless integration.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics for evaluating campaign success and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop quarterly plans with a focus on launching with impact, sustaining momentum, and achieving commercial alignment.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience within the tech industry, with a passion for innovation.
  • Multi-Tasking Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple category launches simultaneously over extended periods.
  • Collaborative Nature: Build networks, understand diverse viewpoints, overcome objections, and execute plans through collaboration.
  • Matrix Organisation Experience: Navigate and succeed within large, matrix, multinational organisations.
  • Consumer Focus: Champion the voice of the consumer, shaping products and services to meet consumer needs and behaviours.
  • Media Literacy: Understand the media landscape and develop effective media strategies.
  • Data Proficiency: Ability to analyse insights, measure performance in real-time, and make data-driven decisions.
  • External Focus: Understand retail, channel, and online needs to generate demand through targeted messaging and communications.
